Fox Talent was built by a team that has known each other for years. Between us, we bring over 50 years of combined experience delivering talent across global markets, with a specialist focus on digital and technology recruitment. More importantly, we’ve built a way of working that comes from genuine long-term relationships.
Some of us have been friends for over 20 years, others for more than a decade, and some of us even lived together in the early days of our Dubai adventure. That familiarity means we operate differently – aligned, fast-moving and accountable, with no disconnect between our team and our clients.
After working together as top performers in a previous business, we launched Fox Talent to take a more focused, high-quality approach to recruitment. Today, we support companies across the GCC, US and Europe, and have successfully delivered hires in every GCC country as well as across Europe, Japan, Singapore, Australia and the US, helping businesses build the teams that power modern, digital organisations.
The name “Fox” comes from a mix of 50% of our Leicester roots and 50% ginger hair ratio across our founding team! We’ve been in business together since December 2023, building something we feel is truly special, and look forward to the years of success and adventures we have ahead of us.
